GSTstory.com is provided for lawful business use only. You agree to use this platform solely for creating GST-compliant invoices and reviewing your GST data. You must not use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account used to sign in, and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@gststory.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into GSTstory.com. We do not claim ownership of your invoice data, firm details, or any content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time without prior notice.
Prohibited Activities
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse any part of the GSTstory.com platform. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
